SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING:

  • Your order will be shipped in one shipment whenever possible.
  • In case the delivery time is significantly delayed, the order can be shipped in two or more batches.
  • BYPIAS withholds the right to decide whether orders are shipped in several shipments. In this case, the extra shipments are free of charge. If the customer specifically requests two or more shipments for one order, BYPIAS can charge a separate postage fee for each shipment.
  • If your order contains products with various delivery times, the order will be shipped in accordance with the longest delivery time, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
  • All items from BYPIAS Home collection will be delivered as a separate shipment.
DELIVERY TIME:
  • If all products are in stock, estimated delivery time is about 2 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Sometimes we may need to order items from our cooperation ateliers to fulfill your order. In this case, the estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
  • You may request receiving your order per a certain date. Such request must always be informed to us when placing the order. We will do our best to fulfill your request, whenever possible.

SHIPPING COSTS:

  • The postage fee to EU countries is between 40,00 – 80,00 EUR and will be confirmed with the order.  
  • Postage fee to US and Canada is 160 EUR for Express delivery.
