Return policy

We do not accept the returning of saleable merchandise. In certain cases the matter can be discussed upon. In said cases, please contact our export sales department at sales@bypias.com. All possible returns or exchanges must be agreed upon in writing. BYPIAS withholds the right not to accept the return.

In case of a possible return, when it has been mutually agreed, the retailer is responsible for all shipping costs of the return. The original postal charge will not be refunded.
